There are two available surgeries with this practice which helps considerly with the amount of need.Ihave been at the Sea Road/Pebsham Practice for over nine years and I have found the experience extremely satisfies all my medical issues.Referrals to hospital treatment seem to be followed up relatively quickly.Appoinments are available without extended waits.Medical Staff and surgery staff are always friendly and accommodating.Both surgeries are clean,tidy and the availability of minor surgical treatment is a boon.

Have experienced many issues with this surgery over the years, none are ever resolved and most of the Drs are arrogant. Appointments are difficult to get, and when you do, they get changed, and your never seen on time, 40 minutes I have waited past appointment time in the past. The receptionists are the most unhelpful I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this surgery. Thank goodness we are moving out the area! More people need to complain, the service they offer is poor and unacceptable.

I called this morning (8:00 am) regarding seeing a doctor, the surgery called me back at time they said they would and I got a appointment for the afternoon. I seen Dr. Pronger who was fantastic, I have seen this doctor before, she never rush's and is very through, I feel this needs mentioning as she is very compassionate and overall just comes across that you are human.
